Romans 8:12So don't you see that we don't owe this old do-it-yourself life one red cent. There's nothing in it for us, nothing at all. The best thing to do is give it a decent burial and get on with your new life. God's Spirit beckons. There are things to do and places to go!2007---*whew* what a year!! A year that was filled with "down in the valley" times and "mountain top experiences". A year where God revealed Himself to me in ways He never had. He took me out of my comfort zone. He made me dependant upon Him. He allowed me to see people, circumstances, grace....like I never had before. He gave me another title (Grandma) that brings with it new responsibilities and joys. He renewed my faith and strengthened my love for my family and my church family. He brought new friends into my life and showed me the value of "old" ones. All in all...I'm glad 2007 is over and I'm ready to move into 2008. I think my God has great things in store for me and I'm anxious to unwrap his presents!!!!
